Time management area questions:
1. How to disallow time quota correction records created for the same quota type effective on the same day?
The users created two quota correction records for the same quota type effective on the same day with one ?replace? and one ?increase? or ?decrease?. After the time evaluation run, the system checks the PDC error indicator with no successful time eval run. So the question is how to prevent those quota correction records from being created in the first place. I checked the config setting for: Specify system reaction to overlapping time infotypes. I couldn?t find a way to config for this purpose.
2. The absence was created for 8 hours based on the 8 hours scheduled working hrs (planned working time) for a particular day. Later on, the user created substitution to change the working time for that day as less than 8 hours or even 0 hours. Because the system reacts with warning in this scenario, the user could still save the substitution record. The users should be able to create substitution while there is absence existing on that day, so the system reaction was set as warning. How to prevent the user from creating less hours of the substitution than the absence already established on a certain day?
I would appreciate on any help for the above questions.
