[sap-hr] Indian Payroll Ariar need to configure

Dear All,
I need to configure the Ariar for my indian payroll i am not purely functional consultant...So i need the step wise detail form where i have to start ....I thnik first i have to create the wage type so i want to know in which sap standard infotype i have to copy ,after that in which infotype i have to put means in it0014 or some else ...
In the last how i run the payroll for retro accounting.
It's very urg kindly help me..
