[sap-basis] Performance issues in R/3 PRD

Its been observed in our R/3 PRD system,every month the roll wait time
is getting increasing much .Will you please let us know what areas we need to
check or how we need find what are reasons for this?
Please let us know any specific parameters needs to be tuned etc.
Please suggest us and provide any specific OSS notes for the same.
This issue causing performance issues for end users.
I see that we have enough idle processes and high enough extended memory. So roll-in/out should be fast.
