[sap-acct] Order settlement on KOB1

The 'name' and 'document type' columns in the KOB1 report are left blank for the 'order settlements'. I am coming in from the ABAP angle. I was told that the disappearence (non population) of these fields were very sudden. Unfortunately couldn't find anything fishy (config change, hot pack etc) around that time. At the same time, for obvious reasons, the same happened to the KSB1 report as well.
