RE:[sap-basis] Profile not getting replicated in CUA

The best place to look at is the distribution log, tx SCUL.
Select the option either for user(s) or the receiving system. Take a look at the distribution status. For each user, there are up to three USERCLONEXX idocs;
USER
PROFILE
ACTGRP
Make sure these three idocs distribution status is in green highlight - that will show that your distribution and transfer of users successful. Else, you can start by looking at.
1. RFC connection
2. SM58 tRFC status - any stuck LUW(s)?
3. Check your output mode in WE20 (central and child systems) - what output mode opted for USERCLONE message type?
4. BD87 in central and child system - be alert of the idoc status.
