Hi Ravikiran,
You do not give us enough information. What is the version of yor OS and DB. What is the version of SAP R/3? How much RAM and what is the size of the PAGE/SWAP file?
Have you viewed any activity on specific tables, there might be a requirement for secondary indexes, or Statistic updates?
Attend SAP Training Sppecifically ADM315 - - Workload Analysis AS ABAP
However have you scheduled a free Annual EarlyWatch session. SAP will logon and view your system and recommend changes to the OS, DB and SAP parameters.
