Hi Joao,
Setup SAPTRANSHOST as per SAP note 162266.
Click on sapssm 0 and check which processors are not running. It does take same minutes for all the Java processors to start.

> Hi David,

1 - I am using the local user administrator of this machine/server.

2 - after I search and find out about the error "Caught ERfcExcept in Modulecall: Exception condition" WRITE_FAILED "raised" and abap report "RADDBDIF" I found this note that 162266 described in section "Steps RFCRSWBOINI_IND_IND and RFCRADDBDIF_IND_IND" an error similar to my error! It is possible that the solution described in the note, "SAPTRANSHOST in \ winnt \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts" had something to do with my error?
David and another thing, when I enter in SAPMMC (console) it is shown in green color the central instance (sapssm 1) and in yellow color the instance sapssm 0 (disp work.EXE is yellow). So, may I do a restart to the sap system after adding the line in the file ... \ etc \ hosts -> "<IP number of transport host> <Name of transp.host> SAPTRANSHOST? Or this action may cause an serious error?

Best regards,
Joao Dimas
