Hi,
Normally, you can logon with SAP* and DDIC with your Master Passord (sp?cified during the installation). So if you cannot logon with this pwd, try to use for SAP*: 06071992 or pass.
if you cannot logon with these pwd, delete the user SAP* and logon in the system with user SAP* and pws PASS
Yes, you can do a stop/start of your system only to activate parameter.. not for the pleasure to do a stop/start
