Hello,
I had the same error during my last installation.
The problem was with the parameter SAPTRANSHOST. It was wrong.
With the transaction AL11 you can check if this parameter is correct or not.
DIR_TRANS uses SAPTRANSHOST
Please, check this parameter and let us we know ...
