Hi,
Are you sure that you've executed the correct SAPinst file?
Please read the installation guide once more to make sure of it.

Hello ayushjohri...
I?m faccing with a same problem.. but in linux red hat... can you tell me
and to us how can you solve that problem...?!???
My windows SAPinst Gui it is stuck and even I press in "Log On" button it
don?t send me to other phase of installation process... the error is that
21200
