I don't think any basis guy can give you a good answer on this question.
I think you'll have to get in touch with your financial team or post your

We prepare a foundation of a company in China. The basic question is whether
a non unicode SAP system is allowed (English language). Are reports
generated through transaction S_P6B_12000301 in English language are
accepted?
