Hi Theresa
I have seen in Dynamic actions using similar lines to create IT 19.
Fields are used as below for example:
W P0019-TERMN=P0008-BEGDA -the reminder date is set.
W P0019-VTROP=' ' -means addition operation
W P0019-VTRZH='012' - means the unit key 010 for months
W P0019-VTRAN='12' - the number of the above units.
W Q0019-ANZHL='1' -no.of units for reminder date
W Q0019-ZEINX='012' -unit for reminder date
The reminder date is set first to P0008-begda. Then 12m are added to this date. This brings the date of task = 12m from P0008
begda. Then the reminder date is set as 1m prior to task date.

I have not seen this used for P0041 dates.

Dynamic action itself can not be configured with arithmetic opn's like adding 6m to a date, etc. Dates are set using a function called (indicator F) from dynamic actions and passed in the structure RP50D. This structure is used in PA30 & PA40 txn pgms. It can also be extended by user for further customising (e.g. I added a field for w/t.).

Hope this helps.
Regards, JG
