Thanks for your response.These are my answers -
1.The basic one was that, do you want to access the material classification? - I want to access batch classification(class type 023).
2.Do your materials have a classification? - Yes both material(001) and batch(023).
However here is my concern ,
Whenever i access batch classification (I am trying to do this in my BADI 'MB_DOCUMENT_BADI' which gets called when i try to do a MB1C tx ), i do as follows -
1.Call function module CUOB_GET_NUMBER by passing parameters klart , charg , table = MCH1.
It returns an object number for that batch.Now i try to query table ausp with this objek number.
Now the issue is , when you do MB1C , SAP prompts you to create a new batch as you carry out the tx.
My BADI gets called before the batch is actually committed to the db and hence fails to find this in the ausp table.
So my question was , when we define a material for the 1st time in MM01 , I do a batch classification for it with class type 023 without actually creating a batch.Just define the batch characteristics.Which table has this information ?
If I look into AUSP i can see Y-350 001 as an entry with all the chc.Why can't i see it for Y-350 023 for the same in AUSP ?
