I am assuming you want "frozen" periods (1 to 12 always) and not variable periods that cross years. Variable periods required lots of up-front work, defining variables that can be set from a starting period/year. Define a separate column for each period, and for the value of the selected characteristic for period, put in the number (1, 2, etc) of the period you want in that column. It should not be a big deal. Once you have January established, copy it and change the month, title, etc. - Lou

Subject: Using SAP Report Painter for TCode KE30

> Hi,
I would like to use report painter to create a report from an existing KE30 report. I use transaction code KE35 to initiate the creation of a new report based on the existing report. All I would like to change is instead of having one column that totals all the periods, I would like to see all the periods separately. Is this possible? If it is, how do I go about doing this?
Regards,
Tracy
