Hi, Tony - In KK01, you define a SKF, call it "AREA01" in your controlling area. You assign unit of measure to that of "SF" for Square Feet, where "SF" has already been defined in configuration. I notice you quote "SQFT", but the UOM is only 3 characters max. You can assign it to be "fixed", the number doesn't need to change in each period, or, "total", where you wish to enter different information each period. You save, and you now have that key figure established. If you then use it in standard KB31N, you only enter "AREA01". SAP should supply the unit of measure you've already assigned it. In my screens, UOM is actually greyed-out, and I cannot change it. You put in an amount and a cost center, and you're done. If that's not the way it's working for you, then I beleive something is wrong. - Lou
