Purchase Req.
EC Purch.requis. EBP
Purchase Orders
EC SRM PO ---- this is for Classic scenario.
ECEC Extended Classic SRM

Its very good informative to me.
I have a simple question here for now... as you said **** SAP already provides a unique doc type when integrating SRM to MM.***What is that unique Document type name & details.. I do not have client system access at present.
It would help me ..if i can know before..
