Hi Udayarani
check the product category source and target system are defined correct.
Does responsibility tab for pg is configured correct.
is your middleware settings are configured properly?
chek smq1 in ecc and smq2 in srm. Also check r3am1.
Check for smw01 for bdoc error?
Do you see all product categories in comm_hierarchy transaction?
Check following sap notes: 872533, 526780,430980,429423 and 432339
Also check with portal team, if any config is missed out.
