[sap-business-one] Printing Speed from Remote Desktop Connection

Dear Sir
We have HP server with 64 Bit OS- windows 2003 server. we are using RDC connection for connecting server desktop.In RDC connection, Printer drivers are already instaled on server. But when we fired test page on HP printer 2014, we have to wait for their spool for more than 5 to 6 minutes to be printed. Sometimes printer status showing spooling page , after that status is showing blank and printer job fail to print test page on printer.
Do you have any recommendation or suggestion for printing page and boosting printer speed.
