Moving from Outlooksoft 5.x to BPC7.0 MS is really an upgrade rather than a migration. That said, it would be best practice to review the existing schedules and reports, especially if you have complex and custom VBA. I would not expect alot of rework/fixes if standard functionality was implemented with 5.x
Moving from Outlooksoft 5.x to a BPC7.0 Netweaver is an entirely different animal and most of your reportng platform willl have to be revisted. There is a migration tool that is available, but you will need to inquire with SAP to get it.
