Our SRM system has been running for a few years with the existing organizational structure that was built manually and with limited users. Now we want to integrate it with the HR organizational structure from backend R/3 system in order to provide SRM self serve to everyone in the organization.
Has anyone done this type of conversion, what are the steps? What is the impact to current organization structure and to existing processes and transactions.
