Hi,
Is there a way that I can transfer a user's personal list settings from their old account to their new account?
Personal list is when a user inserts it from a big list of selection into their own list so that they do not need to go through the big list of selections every time they access.
I know how to add to the personal list. What I would like to know is if we can also copy their personal list to another account so that the user does not need to manually add them again.
Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
