As per Excise regulations, there can ONLY be 2 cases: Full ED and ED Exempt. Excise Exemption / Concession Forms are used by customers to avail a tax [LST / CST] advantage. An ED reduction is not allowed as per Excise laws in India.
1.You can use Customer Pricing Grp [along with Sales Area combination] to control Full ED / ED Exempt [Assuming you are using a TAXINN procedure]. Default Customer Pricing Grp as 'Full ED' for all customers, and manually select the 'ED Exempt' at the order creation level in VA01 for ED exempted sales.
2.Std Alt Customer Tax Classn & Alt Material Tax Classn is used for different CST / LST rates in CIN.
3. Use std T Code J1IUN [Form Tracking] to maintain the Concessional Form details for Sales Orders.
