Dear all,
Thank you for your enthusiastic help very much.I already resolved my problem today.I try to do in two methods as following .
one method:Under Wilson's proposal,i set parameter 'DChain-spec. status' to '03 - Technical Defect' in Material Master "Sales: sales org. 1" view.It can stop specific material from creating SO for a specific distribution chain.
another method: set the parameter 'X_Plant matl status' or 'Plant-sp.matl status' in Material Master " BASIC DATA 1" view.
1?I create a new one in COFIGURATION ,using transaction OMS4,and i set all application to 'B'(B:the message as Error)
2?set the parameter 'X_Plant matl status' or 'Plant-sp.matl status' to my customing one in Material Master " BASIC DATA 1" view .then it can stop stock from being issued .but it can not stop to creating SO.
