Hi SAN
Look at the infotypes available. Then see which will be suitable for the info you need to store for the relevant persons.
For example:
a)IT 294 - It says it is for RU. I do not see why it needs to be restricted only to that country.
b)IT 396 - Expatriation
c)IT 508 - Prior service
For reporting, you can amend the PNP suitably and create queries. Or you may do with custom programs. It depends on the business requiremnts.
