[sap-log-sd] Customer Specific Delivery Date

I have a customer that wants his Sales Order for Finished Goods delivered
on a Friday ONLY, and the customer is created in SAP already, how can this
be done other than entering the specific date (say the order was entered
for Monday's delivery) in the Sales Order, can the system override the
date (the Monday's delivery date) and have it sent on the Friday as
requested?? I'm sure it can be configured in the Customer Master Data, but
can provide the steps on how it can be done, thanks __.____._
