[sap-log-mm] Delivery Date Incorrect - BBP Tool

When Accounts payable make an entry in BBP, to create a shopping cart, they add the date in july month (ie. 7/14/2009). They got the following error: "FY 09/10: Delivery data is incorrect. Please check your entry".
We already reviewed OMSY, OB52 and posting periods are ok for 01,2010.
Could you help me? __.____._
