[sap-basis] Clarification on WAS 6.40 ABAP + JAVA (BW 3.5 Installation)

Hi All,
My first time installing BW on my own and I am trying to fix a broken
PRD server via a restore to another server. I am new in this forum too.
I got confused on how to continue with installing ABAP + Java for BW
3.5. Is it composed of installing WAS ABAP followed by WAS Java then BW
Java Components or just WAS ABAP then BW Java Components?
Hope someone can direct and enlighten me.
