[sap-basis] After RAM ADD In server

Dear all,
We are using windows 2003 (SP1) 64 bit
We are going to upgrade our server RAM
After Ram is added in the server.
what changes I have to do that it will show in sap system (ST06) automatically .
At present we have 8 Gb and planning to add 8 gb more Total 16 Gb and the PHYS_MEMSIZE = 4908 and do i have to increases it ?
