Hello there,
That sounds to me like it is coming from the condition record in free goods determination
Have a look in transaction VBN3 for the condition record. Then look at the field called 'Free goods delivery control'. The values here state the following:-
Delivery takes place regardless of main item
A Delivery only if main item is partially delivered
B Delivery only if main item is fully delivered
C Delivery if main item is part. delivered, only with main itm
E Delivery proportional to quantity in main item
if you are unsure of the access sequence for the condtion record, simulate the sale order entry but turn on the analysis before you enter the item. To do this in VA01 go to the top menu environment > analysis >
free goods > on
