Hi,
PO and SO conditions work independently of each other.
IF i understood u correctly this is 3rd party scenario where in you create third party sales order after doing so system will create the PR and u will convert thisinto PO.
So to maintain the same conditions you need to create the condition types in MM side and in the pricing procedure.
use the tcode : M/06, and m/08
