Thanks for the reply..
Certainly that error message you said should work at item level for SAP std, but not for SAP AFS.
Each PO item is splited to grid values, (sub items for size and color) so each sub item has its own quantities.. thus you can have diferent values at grid level and in a wrong place and not overload the total PR item quantity.. what I need is to validate quantity at item level and grid level too..
let?s say we have a PR with one Item only..
Item 10 - quantity 100
(for AFS you indicate grid values)
sub item 1 - quantity 20
sub item 2 - quantity 30
sub item 3 - quantuty 50
when creating the PO based on that PR you should keep that sub item values and not only taking care of total quantity = 100.
