You comments are very unhelpfull to this group. We are still waiting for the information as requested a number of times. We do not have crystal balls to determing your Hardware, OS, and DB and the way you stop SAP is dependant on you supplying all the relevant information.
Your Company should have an experienced SAP BASIS person to help maintain the system correctly. You do not have the cleaners Managing the Company Finances, you should have the correctly trained BASIS consultant running the system.
