Hi thanks for your quick replay, but there is some thing missing, we need to separate between old and new lines which already controlled by same GL account, also we can not create new on because we are a member of multi-national company that use the same GL account in several branches, this separation only for internal cost detection

GL accounts are used by finance to monitor costs, revenues, assets and liabilities. In your case, tell your finance people to create separate GL accounts for costs that they want to monitor. For instance, create a GL account for Old lines and another for new lines if they want to separately monitor these two. Then whenever you create a purchase order, make sure to add cost center so that you will be able to check the expenses per department.
