Thanks for your reply. Yes, after connecting to CUA all users were reconcilled via SCUG. System shows it connected to CUA but doesn't applies the changes to child system and creates the dump.
I've also looked up OSS, wasn't able to able to find much except for the fact that there is some duplicate entry.

Have you reconciled all the users first to make sure they are
centrally managed? Did you do a search on OSS for the error?
