I don't think you can move the stock. You will have to reduce your PIR in plant N123 so that the stock is sufficient to not generate another cross plant requirement

Subject: [sap-log-pp] Stock/ Requirements List Stock Element from another Plant?
I plan material "X" from plant "N123" (Distributor WHSE) and cross-plant plan this to the production plant E123. We receive against an outbound delivery in plant N123 thusly consuming the PIRs there. The problem is that plant N123 lacks sufficient space so some stock is then manually sent to a 3PL, say Plant "N500". Now that unrestricted stock in N500 is not represented in my MD04 stock in the planning plant of N123. Therefore when MRP runs in plant N123 the calculation is incorrect due to the inacurately now lower stock meaning that we get extra Purchase Requisitions in N123 resulting in inventory build. Is there any way to accumulate plant N500 stock into MD04 Sock/ Requirements transaction in the original planning plant "N123"?
