When you consume the good, it should be reduced from the stock.
Could you please tell your present production flow in detail.

Hi,
We execute daily goods issurance once a day by using a customizing program.
Good issurance 100% depends on standard usage calculated by a formula.
What's the problem is actually consumed usage is not logged in system.
As days go in a month, actual stock and system stock have gap more and more.
we produce more than 3000 products and each life cycle is very short, so we cannot measure or update actual usage for all products.
It is not easy to do stock counting on a daily basis either.
Have you seen this kind of case before? Please advise on my concern.
