hi
I know , which part of customising you are talking about , if am not wrong it will be done in quota generation rule there are steps to be performed
But as u said in uir mail , that u had to specify the number of days to be carried forward , then you have to write by using HRS function in PCR and specify the number of days
you can also specify the number of years limit , to which it will be carried

I think PCR is not required. You have to maintain the relationship in
customizing where you have to maintain the conditions for Leave quota. After
relationship you have to mention 12 months so that quota will transfer to
next month.
