Thanks for your advice.
I just try to do some exercise for my personal. So I just install this ECC6 on my laptop with Vmware 6.5.
And I will try again this evening.
And I can not access to SAP service, so I do not have the Note 1280759.

Hi Alex,
Why are you installing SAP on 32-Bit Hardware? See SAP note 1280759
Try reducing the folder name to "51032413_6" and remove the folder level "51032413_ECC_600SR2_EXPORT"
