SAP Library - Find your answers

Hi,
Shows that the database account is locked. So first check which account is
locked and then u can unlock it.
To find the locked accounts in oracle use the below commands:
Go to command prompt:
sqlplus "/as sysdba"
sql>select user,account_status,lock_date from dba_users;
It dispalys the locked user.
To unlock the user:
sql>ALTER USER <username>ACCOUNT UNLOCK;
With this the user will be unlocked.
Now try to restart the oracle and sap services and start the sap.
Hope its should work.If not u have to recover the database.
