Good Day Johnny
Is that for a Z-table, or for an SAP-standard table?
If it's an SAP standard table, then you may expect to have a difficult
time.
The problem is with the data model. You probably don't know all the
other tables and cluster structures and the rest of the very complex
operations that goes on inside (I sure don't). If you copy a bunch of
entries into the target table and you don't bring along all the other
related/dependent "stuff", then its never going to work as expected and
you might actually damage the target system, to the point where it has
to be restored.
Not every table would be like this, I'm sure some would be "simple", but
you should expect the opposite.
There are 3rd party tools that perform actions like this (which are
configured to move all related data at the same time as the data you
select). I believe SAP has LSMW that you may also be able to use for
this purpose, but I've never used it myself.
Regards,

Subject: [sap-basis] Appending table via transport
Hi,
I would like to transport the table entries of application table from
one client(ex : client 100) to another client (ex :200) through
transport with out overwriting the entries in client 200.
Is it possible?? If so, how can we do that.
Thanks for response.
