Friends,
I'm facing this scenario where the client (UAE where a lot of expats work) is not buying recruitment module but he wants a pre-hire action where they can maintain all visa, labor, medical test record. Once they have received all documents and approval they will run a hiring action.

My suggestion (I need you all to correct if I'm wrong)

Create a prehire action without Infotype 2 and maintain the data. Once they have have decided to hire, we run a hiring action.
What I need is ?
1. Is my suggestion right
2. Else how do we handle this scenario.
