I have a doubt on how to stop absence quota for each employee for one year from the date of joining, i am new to schemas and i have this question on how to calculate this scenario. for every employee joining his quota has to be maintained as zero upto one year, Can any one suggest me how to do this, thanks in advance. __.____._
