Hi,
I do not see any problem here. Weekly offs are off/paid day types and why should you recover loss of pay for one day which is a Sunday and a weekly off.
When you design time management systems you blueprint the time rules of the employees in the organization which need to obey the labor laws/union agreements. If the rules permit you to consider recovery for a full calender week of seven days from Monday to Sunday ( ie to include offs) than your time /payroll configuration should take care.
