There are a couple reasons that you may not be able to remove the warehouse. First is if you have transactions against this warehouse, second is if it is the default warehouse and the third is as follows:
The message means that this warehouse is still tied to items in your item master.
You can use the following query to check and see what items the warehouse is tied to. Substitute the question mark with the warehouse code.
SELECT T0.[ItemCode] AS 'Item No.', T0.[WhsCode] AS 'Warehouse Code' (nolock) FROM [dbo].[OITW] T0 WHERE T0.[WhsCode] = ('?')
Once you locate the items you would first have to go into the item master and remove the warehosue for each item found and then you can go back to the warehouse master and remove it as the other person in this post recommended. __.____._
