Dear Tom,
Please check the customization of certificate type in SPRO.
The right customization of certification type will enable you to make certfiicate recd as mandatory or optional.

Subject: [sap-log-qm] Incoming Receiving Certificate Required
Hello all,
I want to require an incoming receiving inspection certificate via a MIGO. I modified the material master for the part in question; 'QM proc. active'=checked, 'qm control key'=certificate required key. I even added a q-info record and the MIGO still does not force the user to enter a certificate Yes/No answer. I see the selection on the MIGO but the user is not required to answer the question. Any ideas?
