Hi,
MRP on 2 different warehouse is not possible. You can do this.
Initially run the MRP & create production order & purchase order for 01
warehouse with the required qty. Then again run MRP & create production
order & purchase order for another WH & remaining qty. Please let me know if
you any other alternate.
