[sap-acct] CO-PA characteristic cannot be created (field name used twice)

Hi all,
I try to create a new custom characteristic for one of our OPCONs in KEA5.
When I want to safe the prompt for the check table generation appears. As soon as I want to create the check tables (e.g. automatic) I get an error message
Field name XXX01 used twice -> Choose another name (Message no. KX647)
The problem is, I cannot find anywhere this characteristic. It is not available in CO-PA and does not appear in any CO-PA table I know. A different name is not possible, because a new program uses this field.
Can anybody give me a hint, how to create this characteristic?
