Prerequisites
Travel expenses incurred in connection with a job interview are to be reimbursed to an applicant. You have to enter the applicant's bank details in the system.
Procedure
- Choose Applicant master data ® Maintain.
- In the Applicant number field, enter the desired number.
- Select the Bank Details infotype, and choose Edit ® Create.
- Enter the applicant's bank details.
- Save your entries.
The Maintain Applicant Master Data screen appears.
The Create Bank Details (infotype 0009) screen appears.
Result
You have entered the applicant's bank details.
