Hi Aslam,

If you use the framework order, you can only match the PO and Invoice since in using framework order with limits, you don't do GR anymore. Another option that I can suggest is create a regular PO with 100% as the quantity and unit. If you do a goods receipt, you can do partial goods receipt based on the percentage of the amount billed for the period. For instance you have a service contract worth $12,000 for one year (12 months). Create a PR with 100% as the quantity and unit of measure, then $12,000.00 as the amount of the PO. If you receive a billing for the first month worth $1,250.00. Just divide the billed amount from the total amount of the PO then multiply by 100%. For instance 1,250/12,000 *100 = 10.4166666.. round it of to max of three digits, which will give you 10.417. Use this value as your Goods Receipt quantity. Then do MIRO. Now, there is a three way checking of PO, GR, and Invoice (MIRO).

Thanks,
Matt

Subject: Services PO Creation

Hi,

Can we create PO of services for a year and take the partial receipts on
monthly basis?

If yes, what is the process to create such PO (step by step) with their
related t codes.

Kind Regards,
Aslam
