This type of functionality is not available in the standard SAP. One solution alternative may be:
a)Create a custom function to:
- Set quota-adj counter to zero.
- for each IT 2001 record of the particular absence type in the last one year:
- if absence period (or days debited) is less than 6d, add the deficit to quota-adj
counter.
-If quota-adj counter is not zero, create a IT 2013 record for the abs quota type with the reduction and current date of time eval (field ACDATE in program SAPFP51T used for time aval through RPTIME00).
The code for custom functions and operations are created in the include RPTMOZ00 used in SAPFP51T. They are configured in PE04 txn.
b)In time eval schema, add:
- PCR to check if the day is end of the year and set true/false condition.
- If true, call the custom function above in a).
The IT 2013 records are processed in the QUOTA function in the time eval schema (or in the program RPTQTA00 if you are using this).

Hi All,
I have a requirement in time management. There is a absence for which employee has to take at a stretch of 6 days , if he takes less than 6 days then at the end of the year i need to deduct the remaining number of days from 6 days and subtract from the annual quota.
Eg: if he takes 10 days total absence in a year and long absence is 4 days. then 2 more extra absence is deducted from the quota. B'cos as per the requirement there should be 6 days of absence at a stretch.
I know that there is a requirement for PCR. but how to start and finish the PCR.
